چکیده
A study to attain healthy tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) seedlings through environment-friendly natural biological products took place from January March 2022. Determining the effects of inoculum prepared five plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) isolates, i.e., Pseudomonas fluorescens, putida, Lysinibacillus fusiformis, Enterobacter cloacae, and Kineococcus radiotolerans on production seedlings, experiments proceeded at Soil Microbiology Laboratory, Department Science Water Resources, College Agriculture, Tikrit University, Iraq. The isolates underwent screening for their efficiency as a biostimulant dissolve insoluble phosphate compounds produce indole acetic acid (IAA) chelating compounds. results showed ability all IAA, compounds, solubility phosphates. P. fluorescens isolate superior in its solubilization IAA (41.30 mg p-1, 13.00 ml-1), followed by E. L. K. radiotolerans, respectively, with medium also superiority inoculated treatments over non-inoculated percentage speed germination, length shoot dry weight, number leaves per plant, root weight parts. displayed significant studied traits, radiotolerans.

Plant growth promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR): a review
Soil microbial communities are often difficult to characterize, mainly because of their immense phenotypic and genotypic diversity. In the last ten years, a number of PGPR that have been identified has seen a great boost, mainly because the role of the rhizosphere as an ecological unit has gained importance in the functioning of the biosphere and also because mechanisms of action of PGPR have b...

The effect of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) on seed germination, seedling growth and yield of field grown maize were evaluated in three experiments. In these experiments six bacterial strains include P.putida strain R-168, P.fluorescens strain R-93, P.fluorescens DSM 50090, P.putida DSM291, A.lipoferum DSM 1691, A.brasilense DSM 1690 were used. Results of first study showed seed I...

Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are the rhizosphere bacteria that can enhance plant growth by a wide variety of mechanisms like phosphate solubilization, siderophore production, biological nitrogen fixation, rhizosphere engineering, production of 1-Aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate deaminase (ACC), quorum sensing (QS) signal interference and inhibition of biofilm formation, phytohormo...
متن کاملPlant growth promoting Rhizobacteria: An overview
Numerous species of soil bacteria which flourish in the rhizosphere of plants, but which may grow in, on, or around plant tissues, stimulate plant growth by a plethora of mechanisms. These bacteria are collectively known as PGPR (plant growth promoting rhizobacteria).Of the microorganisms that parasitize on nematodes and reduce nematode populations by antagonistic behaviour, bacteria hold an im...
متن کاملBiological control of Heterodera glycines by spore-forming plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) on soybean
Heterodera glycines, the soybean cyst nematode, is the most economically important plant-parasitic nematode on soybean production in the U.S. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the potential of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) strains for mortality of H. glycines J2 in vitro and for reducing nematode population density on soybean in greenhouse, microplot, and field trials....
